Our Story

Since 2007 we’ve all witnessed – and participated -- in the significant shift from linear, scheduled TV viewing to streaming and other on-demand modes by consumers of all ages, incomes, backgrounds and cultures.

This trend has led to several interconnected challenges for marketers, studios and agencies. As veterans of digital and linear media businesses we see an opportunity to support all the participants in this market as they transition toward the future when all TV will be streamed.

CTV sits at the intersection of linear TV and digital video; with all the advantages of large screen viewing, solo or with family, coupled with data and the efficiency of digital channels. As the technology improves and penetration continues to grow, we believe this channel will be the dominant option for premium video consumption, commanding a major role in advertiser plans and campaigns.

We have deliberately chosen this niche to focus our attention and support both supply and demand in maximizing their business opportunities.

Today we are going to market with two very specific objectives:

1. Go BeyondContextual and offer advertisers a strong complement and alternative to existing programmatic strategies by providing scaled and segmented audience buying options.

2. Recognize the value of premium content produced and distributed by leading studios and streaming networks.
